Mixed Berries Muffin





今朝終於整咗想整好耐既Mixed Berries Muffin,

有睇開我個Blog既Blog友, 都知道我係好鐘意整Muffin既, 

而這個Muffin就比較特別, 用料比較多, 同我平時整開個既有d唔同.

但係個味道同口感就十分之好, 面脆內軟, 而且仲好香蜜糖味.

大家仲未試既, 就一定要試試喇!

    或者自己把新鮮雜苺急凍.

    Hello: 我還想問食譜中cream是淡cream嗎?cake flour和

    baking soda是什麼?可否不放呢?

    Cream = 淡忌廉

    Cake Flour = 低筋麵粉

    Baking Soda = 食用梳打粉



    我諗不可不放的, 食用梳打粉係百佳, 惠康或者烘焙專門店有售.
